The Guy Cotten name was born when a young Frenchman, Guy Cotten, began developing and making yellow oilskin jackets for sailing schools and fishermen along the coast of Brittany. From 1964 until today, Guy Cotten has developed fabrics and a range of waterproof clothing to provide real protection against the elements, while creating a comfort zone inside the garment. Every professional activity is specific and requires custom made clothing made from highly technical exclusive fabrics - precursors for performance, safety and comfort.

ISOLATECH TECHNIQUE

THIS PATENTED INSULATION TECHNIQUE CONTROLS THE CONDENSATION ON THE INSIDE OF YOUR WATERPROOF JACKET. Working on the principle of double-glazed windows, this insulation is built into some Guy Cotten jackets in the active area of the garment - chest, back, and over the shoulders, and reduces the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the garment, therefore reducing the condensation.
